How to recover a broken Snapchat streak
If you have long-running streaks with your friends, and then one day you forgot to send a snap, or maybe you did not have an internet connection, then those streaks would be broken.
This can be sad; however, there is a way for you to bring those streaks back. You need to go to Snapchat support on Snapchat’s website. Once there, chose the “My Snapstreaks have disappeared” option.
It will ask you for your information such as your username, email address, and mobile number.
You’ll also need to provide the username of the friend with whom the streak was broken, as well as the length of the streak.
Provide all the information it asks; if you had no internet connectivity, write that in the “What information should we know?” section. If there was any reason, you could also include that, too.
Once you submit the form, you will be contacted by someone from Snapchat support, after about 24 hours, letting you know if you will get your streaks back.
