Yes, Sky Q does work with 4K TV and can be enjoyed via subscription on your Sky Q box, allowing you to view UHD content on your 4K television. Your Sky Q box will also work with a regular HD tele.

- A Sky Q 2TB box or a Sky Q 1TB UHD box.
- The HD and Ultra HD add ons.

Fixing a Sky Q error code UH011
When enabling UHD on your sky box you may see the error code UH011 this code is prompting you that your TV input does not work with Ultra HD.
Firstly, let’s take a look at the settings. HDMI Deep Colour needs to be enabled in order to view in UHD. Next ensure your 4K TVs firmware has been updated. If you think that the firmware could be to blame try contacting your television manufacturer.
Make sure all your cables to and from the TV are connected properly and are in full working order. We suggest connecting your Sky box via HDMI cable to HDMI port 1.
Lastly, update your Sky box using the remote control followed by a system reboot.
