  • Clear the Keychain access. Open Keychain Access from Finder > Applications > Utilities folder > Keychain Access.
  • Search ‘Skype for Business’. Delete all keychains starting with ‘Skype for Business’.
  • Power off the mac and restart.
  • Download and reinstall Skype for Business.
